ON-SITE SERVICES are charged at £35 per hour*
No Call Out Charge within 10 mile radius of central Milton Keynes *
Outside 10 mile radius a £10 travel surcharge will be applied
* Cost of any software or parts is additional.
Minimum invoice will be for 1 hour labour.
Remote Support
Charged at £35 per hour (charged in 15 min increments)
Minimum Remote Support invoice will be for 30 mins labour
Workshop Repair Service
These services are carried out in our workshop during normal office hours. We can arrange for collection & return of your PC within the MK area.

OUT OF HOURS & WEEKEND SUPPORT
Out of Hours services may be provided in an emergency (subject to availability).
Out of Hours Remote and Onsite Tech Support will be charged at £50 per hour. (Travel Surcharges may apply).

Please explain your IT Emergency and provide contact details.
Depending on the nature of the emergency, we may respond via Text Message or Email, detailing some fixes that you can try yourself.
If Remote or Onsite Support is necessary, (subject to availability) we will be in touch as soon as we can to confirm this with you.
OUT OF HOURS & WEEKEND WORKSHOP SERVICES
To minimise your downtime, we may be able to offer to perform workshop repairs or other workshop services Out of Hours or over a Weekend (subject to availability).
Please note that Out of Hours and Weekend Workshop Repairs and Workshop Services will attract a 50% increase in all labour costs.
