We will normally inform you before carrying out significant additional chargeable work.
Unless specifically stated, third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software licences, fonts, stock images, hardware, computer components and specialist materials are not included in a quotation.

The remaining 50% balance is payable on completion of the website and before the website is transferred, published or made available for the customer's use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional functionality or work outside the original quotation may require a separate quotation or payment before the additional work is undertaken.

The appropriate hosting package and price will be confirmed in the relevant quotation or agreement.
Hosting is a recurring service and is payable annually. Before your renewal date we will contact you to confirm the renewal price and to confirm that you wish to renew.
If a website's size or usage increases significantly, we may recommend moving it to a more suitable hosting package.
